Exchange window

Full-price items can be exchanged within 15 calendar days of delivery. Sale and promotional items can be exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery. The window starts the day you receive your order.A sale item is any item bought at a reduced price, as shown on your invoice.

Where to exchange

Exchanges happen in person at any Sweet Pants store in Lebanon. We can't process exchanges through the website, by courier or by delivery.

What to bring

Your original online order receiptThe original packagingThe item with all original tags attachedItems must be unworn and unused. All exchanges depend on stock availability at that store.

Value of your exchange

Your replacement item must be equal to or greater in value than the item you're returning. If it costs more, you pay the difference. We don't give refunds, credit notes or gift cards for any leftover value.

What we can't exchange

Swimwear and jewellery, for hygiene reasons. Items damaged, worn or altered after delivery.

Returns and refunds

We don't accept returns and we don't issue refunds.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, either through our website or by phone at +961 71 930 423. Send photos of the item and your order number. We'll review each case individually and confirm the next step with you directly.
